Necro Story revealed, coming to Steam in 2021

Necro Story, a comedy RPG, is coming to Steam in 2021.

It’s rare to hear the terms ‘comedy’ and ‘RPG’ together, but today, Pablo Coma of Rablo Games announces Necro Story, a comedy RPG coming to Steam in 2021. The developer released another positively received game, Healer’s Quest, in 2018. As of today, it’s got a “Very Positive” rating on Steam.

What is Necro Story?

The plot of Necro Story is simple. You play as a powerful and (kind of) evil Necromancer. You mission: To penetrate the Underworld and attempt to save humanity with the aid of your ghostly pal, a white mage.

The game allows you to master up to 20 different Necromancy spells, These allow you some pretty cool abilities, like summoning dreadful and smelly skeletons or transforming yourself into a demon by signing ‘Dark Pacts’, sucking the actual life from your enemies.

The coolest part, however, is that whenever you kick an enemy’s ass, you can possess their soul. This allows them to become a part of your army, strengthing your fighting force and adding some unique twists on combat capabilities.

The game’s combat system takes place in real-time, as it did in Pablo’s previous title, Healer’s Quest.

The graphics of the game feature a beautiful, oil-paint aesthetic that makes every element look like a work of art.

You can add it to your Steam wishlist today.

  • Master 20 Necromancy spells
  • Use in-depth skill trees and upgrades to carve out your own playstyle
  • Transform yourself in powerful Demons by signing Dark Pacts
  • Take control of enemies by capturing their souls
  • All enemies can be captured and used in your team!
  • Customize your party and party members’ skills

Necro Story seems to share quite a bit of the same characteristics of Healer’s Quest, from the art style to the real-time combat system. If you’re a fan of RPGs, you’ll definitely want to check this out.

Necro Story is coming to PC via Steam in 2021.
